As a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analyst at Southland Engineering, Abdullah Karimi optimizes designs through CFD modeling. He collaborates with our engineering staff to ensure each design meets specific environment standards and advises teams on how CFD can further benefit projects within various market segments.
Since joining the industry in 2013, Mr. Karimi has relied on his experience in the aerospace and automotive industries to bring a high level of modeling technology expertise to our customers. His breadth of knowledge regarding data collections, pre-processing data, running CFD simulations, and providing design recommendations has aided him on several confidential data center and casino projects, as well as the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
Mr. Karimi received his master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University. He is also involved in the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers.
