As a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analyst at Southland Engineering, Ramin Rezaei is responsible for various tasks, including creating and meshing the geometry of project models to set up boundary conditions and run simulations for projects. Mr. Rezaei relies on his strong communication skills to explain to customers and owners how CFD analyses can enhance designs and decrease project costs.
Since joining the industry in 2014, Mr. Rezaei has gained extensive knowledge in computational fluid mechanics, experimental fluid mechanics, and HVAC systems. His wide breadth of knowledge in mission critical, healthcare, and sports/entertainment markets has aided him on several confidential entertainment and mission critical projects, as well as the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
Mr. Rezaei received his master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toledo. He recently received his engineering in training certificate and is actively involved in the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers.
