Corey Wallace, PE
As a Principal Engineer at Southland Engineering, Corey Wallace leads fire protection projects across the country. His management skills and teaching background has allowed him to look at projects with a focus on the clients’ bottom line.
With 14 years in the industry, Mr. Wallace’s expertise lies in fire protection, building information modeling, coordination, and various project delivery methods. His vast knowledge in fire protection design and project management aided in his work with notable projects, such as Washington Headquarters Services, Social Security Administration Data Center, SLS Hotel, Sands Aviation Aircraft Hanger, T-Mobile Arena, and Las Vegas Convention Center.
Mr. Wallace received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Mississippi and a master’s in engineering management from Christian Brothers University. He is actively involved in several industry organizations, including the Society of Fire Protection Engineers, National Fire Protection Association, and Southern Nevada Society of Fire Protection Engineers. He also serves on the Board of Appeals for Clark County, Nevada.
